I had some questions about one of the programs I have and I
received a very prompt and courteous reply from "Nancy".
Later, " Email my tech support and Nancy will help you." I
heard this on two webinars or teleseminars that I was on and
thought hmm, two "Nancy's", that's interesting. Three
Internet Marketers whose programs I have a "Nancy" for their
tech support. The fourth time I heard of "Nancy" was when I
had some questions about another program I have and my
questions were again handled and resolved in a prompt and
courteous manner by a "Nancy".
Well, by now most people might have realized that all of
these terrific support "Nancy's" were the same "Nancy", and
a real live person, but not me. The awakening for me came
when I was listening to a teleseminar or webinar after all
of these incidents and the Internet Marketer sponsoring it
said that he relied upon, you guessed it, "Nancy" from
"Professional Support Network" to handle his tech support
problems. Now, I had the source to find out about this
wonderful automated program called "Nancy". Being new to
Internet Marketing and hearing and learning about many of
these new and wonderful ways to automate my business...Yes,
before I actually went to the "Professional Support Network"
website I thought that "Nancy" was a wonderful automation
system that would be a necessity to have, if I could afford
it. Not likely that I could afford it, but I just had to
check it out. I was hoping there would be some explanation
and maybe a demo of this program, "Nancy". I just could not
figure out how this program worked. Imagine my surprise when
right on the homepage there was a picture of Nancy Fahey and
her business partner, Ralph Cotton. "Nancy" was a real live
person that was resolving my questions and issues very
promptly, courteously, and effectively too. DUH!!!, "Nancy"
is not an automated program. And, I suspect that Ralph is a
real live person too!

To whom this may concern:
I am a customer of one of
the clients (MikeFilsaime.Com) of Professional Support
Network and was initially extremely frustrated to have a
delivery problem when a rather expensive marketing
course was not delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. I
had waited what, I felt, was a more than acceptable
length of time for delivery and was both disappointed
and was beginning to become a little upset over the
whole situation when I decided to try Mike's Help Desk.
I was extremely fortunate
to have my Help Ticket answered promptly by Professional
Support Network Co-Owner, Nancy Fahey. Nancy not only
made it clear that my missing package was as important
to them (at the time, I didn't realize Mike was
outsourcing his help desk - since then, I realize it's
such a time and money saver) as it was to me, but that
my feelings were validated and not unimportant either.
She was perfectly professional, yet utterly personable -
the ideal mix for a Help Desk staff member.
As she and I worked out
that issue, and brought in the fulfillment supplier into
the conversation as well, I always felt that I had "a
friend" working on my behalf at the other end. Her style
of dialog just gives one that subconscious impression -
like that of "a friend who will not let you down" - and
that was very comforting to me, both professionally and
personally.
And, ultimately, she had
to have the fulfillment center overnight a brand new
package to me, and I certainly appreciated the express
mail service, and she followed-up to make certain it
arrived. From start-to-finish, she was with me all the
way!
Out of a score of 1 to 10,
in every category that might fit a Support Service,
Nancy Fahey and her firm gets a firm 25 in every
respect!! I cannot recommend her more highly than to say
that, as soon as our own Internet-Fundraising firm
starts to take off and generate enough cash-flow to pay
it's own way, our first outsourcing will be to ask Nancy
if she'll do us the honor of providing support to our
Help Desk, as I wouldn't place our donors in any other
hands other than hers. Allstate has nothing on her! I
